Terms of sale
Terms applicable to the purchase of the Area Report.
Purpose
These terms govern the sale of the Area Report — a PDF analysis document — by Platypus Forge (SIRET 951 682 632 00017), "the seller", to any person placing an order on the site, "the customer".
Product and price
The Area Report is a one-off digital product (single purchase, no subscription). Price: €39. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French CGI. The total price is shown before order confirmation.
Order and payment
Orders are placed online. Card payment is processed by our provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.), PCI-DSS compliant: no card data is stored by the seller. The order becomes firm upon payment confirmation.
Delivery
The Report is generated and made available via download link, usually within minutes and at most within 24 hours. Should generation fail for reasons attributable to the seller, the payment is fully refunded.
Right of withdrawal
The Report is digital content supplied immediately. Under article L.221-28(13) of the French Consumer Code, by requesting immediate delivery the consumer customer expressly waives the right of withdrawal upon download. As long as the Report has not been downloaded, the order may be cancelled and refunded on request.
Complaints and mediation
Any complaint: contact@platypusforge.com. Under articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge. As no online sales are open yet, the competent mediator will be designated and listed here before sales open. EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
