Difference between building permit and commercial planning permission?
Sit@del lists building permits (>=800 m²). Openings <1 000 m² require no separate commercial permission (CDAC). AEC (>1 000 m²) are not reflected here.
Why does DVF price differ from commercial rent?
DVF = sale price per m² (acquiring walls). Commercial rent = annual rent per m² (landlord income). Price-to-rent ratio varies 12-20× by zone.
